Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking a Leisure Sales Executive who speaks German and is an Omani national. You will work with the Sales and Marketing team to drive leisure business, manage key leisure partnerships, and develop strategies to grow room revenue and occupancy in the luxury segment.

The role requires proactive account management, client entertainment, site inspections, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to position Mandarin Oriental, Muscat as a premier luxury leisure

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality industry preferred.
• Omani national status required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain leisure accounts across assigned markets to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify new leisure business opportunities with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs and wholesalers.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls, client entertainments, site inspections and market visits.
• Coordinate with Sales team and Director of Commercial Strategy to implement sales strategies and account plans.
