Job summary

The St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Muscat seeks a strategic Food & Beverage Operations Manager responsible for culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.

You will oversee guest and employee satisfaction, standards, and achievement of financial goals while ensuring compliance with F&B laws and regulations. Lead a diverse team, develop business plans, manage budgets, and drive service excellence across all F&B outlets, banquet and related services, delivering bespoke experiences

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in F&B or related area.
• A 2-year degree in Food Service Management or related field with 2 years F&B experience.
• Experience developing and managing budgets and guest satisfaction programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for F&B.
• Maintains cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Oversees culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations.
• Leads, coaches and develops F&B staff to ensure service excellence.
• Ensures compliance with F&B laws and brand standards.
• Drives guest satisfaction and financial performance.
