Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant/room service operations.
• Maintains sanitation standards across restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial goals.
• Leads and develops the Food & Beverage team, coaching and mentoring staff.
• Ensures compliance with all F&B policies, standards and local liquor laws.
• Manages guest satisfaction, addresses issues, and seeks continuous service improvement.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory, and financials for the department.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in F&B or related

2-year degree in Food Service Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management; 2 years experience
