Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a non-management Food & Beverage supervisor to lead daily operations at Al Mouj, Muscat. The role focuses on ensuring seamless team coordination, exceptional guest service, and adherence to safety and company standards.

You will oversee opening/closing duties, inventory, and guest satisfaction while supporting management with staffing and coaching. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in related roles, with a minimum of 1 year in supervisory positions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team to provide optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties including supplies and tools setup, cleaning, and securing areas.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well-being; assist maintenance when needed.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, counsel and coach employees; model fair treatment and Open Door Policy.
