Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Al Mouj, Muscat, Oman seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk, bell/ door staff and switchboard, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out while maximizing guest satisfaction.

You will supervise daily operations, develop staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and collaborate with other departments to uphold the brand’s high standard of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff.
• Lead, influence, and encourage others; supervise and manage employees and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints, strives to improve service performance.
• Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work; communicate department goals.
