Job summary

Gender in Oman Duqm is seeking a VP of TSD to lead technical service and quality assurance for downstream operations. The role involves strategy, asset integrity, process engineering, and project delivery to support margins and reliability.

Reporting to the COO, the incumbent will develop departmental strategy, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with asset owners to optimize operations while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in process engineering and asset integrity.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of process engineering across OQ8 assets.
• Provide oversight for process control, optimization, and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement using methodologies like Six Sigma/Lean.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and design practices.
