Job summary

Oman Refinery is seeking an experienced candidate to manage and oversee growth and development activities across its Joint Venture asset portfolio in Muscat. The role involves leading technical evaluations and ensuring compliance with industry standards while maximizing economic recovery and asset value.

The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering, have a strong background in stakeholder management, and demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Proficiency in English is required, while Arabic is desirable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong background in asset management and technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-discipline assessments for joint venture assets.
• Represent OQEP at meetings with JV partners and government bodies.
• Develop and review production and cost forecasts for JV assets.
• Lead audits and due diligence assessments for JV facilities.
