Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Petroleum or related Engineering discipline.
• Strong leadership and hands-on operational support experience in offshore facilities.
• Proven track record in operability, availability and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust technical engineering leadership for offshore facilities, including piping systems in processing plants and platforms.
• Lead operability, availability and reliability assessments and advise on modification proposals.
• Coordinate concurrent engineering activities and ensure high-quality technical outputs across assets.
• Analyze complex technical and reliability issues and recommend safe, effective solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and foster capability within the team.
