Confidential is seeking dynamic Electrical Engineers for sales and marketing of Industrial Electrical Products in Oman. The role involves developing key accounts, securing orders, and providing installation support.

The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in industrial electrical product sales, strong knowledge of MV/HV Switchgear, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel for business meetings is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic Electrical Engineers with proven experience in sales and marketing of Industrial Electrical Products, particularly in MV/HV Switchgear and Transmission & Distribution equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to handling contractors, EPCs, OEMs, retailers, and utility companies.

• Develop new key accounts and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Promote MV/HV Switchgear, Transmission & Distribution products, and related electrical solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and handle tendering activities including scrutiny of enquiries, contracts, and specifications.
• Conduct negotiations, finalize commercial terms, and secure orders.
• Coordinate with overseas principals, consultants, contractors, end users, and internal teams.
• Provide installation guidance and ensure effective after-sales support in coordination with service teams.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections as per company policies.
• Achieve monthly sales invoicing and collection targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate of Electrical Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in industrial electrical product sales.
