Responsibilities

• Manages housekeeping operations and staff to keep guest rooms, public spaces and employee areas clean and well maintained.
• Directs and collaborates with team to execute all housekeeping tasks and improve guest and employee satisfaction.
• Inspects areas of responsibility and develops plans to improve results.
