Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professionalism.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain performance.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Deal with complaints professionally and patiently
• Check stocking levels of consumables and replace them when appropriate
• Adhere to health and safety rules and company practices
