Qualifications

• 2+ years as a coordinator in high-volume delivery platforms.
• Must be an Omani National.
• Experience coordinating dispatch, drivers, and CX teams is preferred.
• Proficient in English; Hindi/Urdu also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in alignment with Calo’s culture and brand values through clear communication.
• Organize and verify route orders before they leave the kitchen.
• Ensure deliveries move out on time with no operational setbacks.
• Handle real time communication with drivers (last minute changes & delivery delays).
• Act as the central communication between CX team and drivers concerning updates of customers’ deliveries.
• Maintain routine due diligence checks, adhering to HACCP standards along with sanitation and safety protocols.
