Job summary

Calo in Oman is seeking a Food Delivery Coordinator for the Oman Central Production Unit to act as the operational link between dispatch, drivers, and customers. Qualifications

• 2+ years as a coordinator in high-volume delivery platforms.
• Must be an Omani National.
• Experience coordinating dispatch, drivers, and CX teams is preferred.
• Proficient in English; Hindi/Urdu also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in alignment with Calo’s culture and brand values through clear communication.
• Organize and verify route orders before they leave the kitchen.
• Ensure deliveries move out on time with no operational setbacks.
• Handle real time communication with drivers (last minute changes & delivery delays).
• Act as the central communication between CX team and drivers concerning updates of customers’ deliveries.
• Maintain routine due diligence checks, adhering to HACCP standards along with sanitation and safety protocols.

Role overview

To function as a Food Delivery Coordinator for Calo Oman Central Production Unit. Act as an operational connector between dispatch, drivers and customer food delivery. The successful candidate will make use of their technical and team leadership skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction through efficiency and strong adherence to safety & service protocols

Relationships & Working Expectations

• Provides support and training supervision to driver personnel deployed for the delivery of meals


• Works closely with the Ops Management, Dispatch Leads, and Quality to align on service delivery, customers' concerns, or improvements in workflow


• Shift-based work, based in temperature-controlled environments, with mandatory personal protective equipment during all dispatch operation times

Main Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a coordinator in high-volume delivery platforms (2 years minimum)


• Must be an Omani National

Knowledge and competency

• Working knowledge of route mapping and planning,


• Use of computer and familiarity with excel & google sheets


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with dynamic thinking


• Proficient in communication in English/Hindi/Urdu and leading a team
