Job summary

Flip retail in Muscat seeks a Coordinator - Sales Support to assist the sales team by coordinating with carriers, preparing pricing quotes, and monitoring tenders. You will accumulate trade data, update trackers and reports, and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential; Arabic is a plus.

A background in shipping or logistics and 2–4 years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a similar function in the products or logistics sector.
• Great English interaction skills, both written and spoken.
• Efficient understanding of MS Office, including data entry abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work out with carrier and network companions overseas and prepare competitive prices tariff.
• Accumulate trade details data for progress and performance testimonial.
• Tender quote monitoring, floating RFI/RFQs, collect cost and solution options and prepare proposals.
• Routine reporting of overall sales tasks and product efficiency.
• Update Record Tracker, website or Excel reports to keep records updated.
• Timely submission of invoices and follow-ups on payment receivables.
• Display rival tasks and report to management to understand competition and how to match/surpass them.
• Uphold GAC Code of values and Sprit in business, acting as a role model.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor to maintain service levels.
