Job summary

Al Attiyah Architectural Constructions in Oman is seeking a qualified Civil Estimator to join our team. You will prepare cost estimates, tender pricing, and cost analyses for civil and construction projects, performing quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of Estimation/Tendering experience, strong knowledge of materials, rates, and productivity, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Estimation/Tendering.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or contracting projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Able to meet tender submission deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender pricing, and cost analyses.

• Analyze rates and compare market pricing.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure competitive bids.

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Estimator to join our team in Oman.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates quantity take-offs tender pricing and cost analysis for civil and construction projects.

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Estimation / Tendering.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction works, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or general contracting projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, labor productivity, and current market pricing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/take-off software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.
• Previous GCC/Oman experience is an advantage.
