Job summary

Fine Tours & Travels in Oman seeks a seasoned warehousing operations leader to manage 3PL DC performance end to end and develop KPIs as needed. You will monitor stock, shrink, and forecasting accuracy, drive cost control, and lead process improvements using data-driven insights.

You will oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for your department, manage a mix of supervisors and frontline staff, and ensure safety compliance across the DC.

Qualifications

• More than 7 years experience in warehousing operations and startup environments.
• Ability to accurately analyze information.
• Ability to manage team members effectively.
• Deadline-oriented; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL DC performance end to end to achieve KPIs.
• Visit and audit 3PL DC operations weekly.
• Monitor stock levels, shrink, and inbound/outbound forecasting accuracy.

Manage 3PL DC Performance End to End to achieve tMart DC KPIs and develop the KPIs when needed Optimize the 3PL Operational performance Visit & Audit 3PL DC Operations on weekly basis Daily DC Stock & Shrink monitoring Partner with Demand Planning to monitor stock levels, reducing waste and improving the accuracy of inbound/outbound forecasting. Leverage root cause analysis and data-driven insights to lead process improvement projects that eliminate waste and enhance efficiency. Ensure rigid standards for inventory accuracy, availability, and shrinkage control through regular audits and strict process adherence Plan and execute centralization volume increase with the Demand, Commercial, regional & 3PL DC. Monthly & Annual DC P&L Ownership and review Control DC Cost and try to optimize on the go Validate DC Weekly cost vs Reality Monitor departmental spending and labor allocation to drive cost-effective operations without compromising on quality or speed. Manage an offsite team to ensure DC Operational quality Oversee total workforce planning of the 3PL DC to ensure delivery of our KPIs as per Regional FTE standards Lead the hiring, onboarding, and technical training for your specific department to ensure a high-performing talent bench. Manage and coach a team of Supervisors and frontline staff, focusing on succession planning and performance management. Drive a culture of accountability and high engagement, managing attendance and productivity metrics of our own staff and the 3PL DC. Study, Scout & select with procurement and regional team new 3PL partners in case tMart needs to switch Vendors Collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial, Procurement, and Inventory teams to align DC throughput with broader business outcomes. Ensure Health & Safety compliance of our DC Talabat members within the 3PL Facility
