Job summary

Right Advisors in Oman is seeking a Store Manager for Construction Warehouse operations. You will oversee daily store and warehouse activities, optimize manpower and equipment, and ensure cost-effective material handling.

The role requires a minimum of 10+ years in construction warehousing with Gulf experience and a strong background in SAP systems, inventory control, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Eng is required.
• Mandatory SAP knowledge.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and warehouse operations with manpower and equipment to ensure efficient material handling.
• Ensure safe, organized inventory storage in line with codes and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain stock levels (min/max/reorder) with operations team.
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with ERP/SAP.
• Maintain store records and reports; analyze data for improvements.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
• Define, monitor, and achieve productivity targets and KPIs for stores and warehouse.

Hiring: Store Manager – Construction Warehouse ?

• Position: Store Manager
• Job Location: Oman
• Salary Range: 1,000 – 1,200 OMR (All Inclusive)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Mandatory Skill: SAP knowledge

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience
• Strong construction warehouse experience
• Gulf experience is mandatory

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of daily store and warehouse operations through optimum utilization of manpower and equipment to ensure efficient and cost-effective material handling and storage.
• Ensure proper, safe, and organized storage of inventory in line with applicable codes, standards, and best practices; maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
• Maintain and finalize inventory stock levels (minimum, maximum, reorder, critical levels, etc.) in coordination with the operations team.
• Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile with ERP/SAP systems, and manage stock-taking activities.
• Maintain accurate store records and reports; review and analyze data to drive corrective and improvement actions.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to meet departmental financial objectives.
• Define, monitor, and achieve productivity targets and KPIs related to stores and warehouse operations.
