Job summary

Fine Tours & Travels Ernakulam - Oman is seeking an experienced warehousing operations leader to manage 3PL DC performance end-to-end and optimize daily stock, audits, and cost control.

You will partner with demand planning, procurement, and regional teams to ensure KPI delivery, workforce planning, and HSE compliance across the 3PL facility with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehousing operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL DC KPIs end-to-end and develop KPIs when needed.
• Optimize the 3PL operational performance.
• Visit & Audit 3PL DC operations weekly.
• Daily DC stock & shrink monitoring.
• Partner with Demand Planning to monitor stock levels, reducing waste and improving forecasting accuracy.
• Lead process improvement projects using data-driven insights to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, availability and shrinkage control through regular audits and strict adherence to processes.
• Plan and execute centralization volume increase with Demand, Commercial, regional & 3PL DC.
• Monthly & annual DC P&L ownership and review.
• Control DC costs and monitor weekly cost vs reality.
• Monitor departmental spending and labor allocation for cost-effective operations.
• Manage offsite team to ensure DC operational quality.
• Oversee total workforce planning of the 3PL DC to meet Regional FTE standards.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training for your department to ensure high-performing talent.
• Manage and coach Supervisors and frontline staff with focus on succession and performance.
• Drive a culture of accountability and high engagement, managing attendance and productivity metrics.
• Study, scout & select with procurement and regional team new 3PL partners if switching vendors.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial, Procurement, and Inventory teams to align DC throughput with business outcomes.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance of DC Talabat members within the 3PL Facility.

Job description

• Leverage root cause analysis and data-driven insights to lead process improvement projects that eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure rigid standards for inventory accuracy, availability, and shrinkage control through regular audits and strict process adherence
• Plan and execute centralization volume increase with the Demand, Commercial, regional & 3PL DC.
• Monthly & Annual DC P&L Ownership and review
• Control DC Cost and try to optimize on the go
• Validate DC Weekly cost vs Reality
• Monitor departmental spending and labor allocation to drive cost-effective operations without compromising on quality or speed.
• Manage an offsite team to ensure DC Operational quality
• Oversee total workforce planning of the 3PL DC to ensure delivery of our KPIs as per Regional FTE standards
• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and technical training for your specific department to ensure a high-performing talent bench.
