Siemens Area Sales Manager in Muscat, Oman leads engagement with EPC clients to promote Siemens' electrification, automation and digitalization portfolio. You will build relationships, develop account plans and present compelling proposals for complex, technical solutions.

You will monitor project pipelines, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, and explore innovative business models to win opportunities while staying aligned with market and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree.
• 10-15 years of experience in system/solution sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Commercial knowledge on business models, planning and sales controlling.
• Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities.

Responsabilités

• Early engagement to identify and pursue new project opportunities with EPC clients, and promote Siemens portfolio in electrification, automation, and digitalization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC firms, understanding their business models and project needs and develop customer account plans
• Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals for complex technical solutions.
• Monitor EPC project pipelines, investment and focus verticals in the middle east region. Update data on Company CRM tool
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop market strategies and customized proposals.
• Develop various business models, such as JVs, Silent Consortiums, and Open Consortiums, depending on customer requirements.
• Ensuring up to date market information through internal and external partners
