Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive professional experience spanning EPC, Engineering, Construction, or Large-Scale Industrial Program Management.
• Experience in Solution Selling, Technical Pre-Sales, Management Consulting, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven background in Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering Management, or Construction Management within complex capital projects.
• Regional exposure with government authorities, state-owned enterprises, or GCC region is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the end-to-end country growth strategy across target sectors (Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Industrial, Public Works).
• Position the company as the premier digital execution partner within the local EPC and construction ecosystem.
• Establish country-level revenue benchmarks, expansion roadmaps, and opportunity pipelines with global executive leadership.
• Monitor regional market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to refine strategic positioning.

Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead our growth, market presence, and solution deployment in Oman. In this role, you will lead the local Implementation Centre, acting as the chief strategic interface between our company, Tier-1 EPC contractors, government bodies, asset owners, and industry partners. You will blend deep EPC/construction project delivery experience with strong business development acumen to drive platform adoption, establish strategic alliances, and ensure operational execution across six operational pillars: On-Site Execution, Technology & AI Infusion, Capability Building, Collaborative Contracting, Design & Engineering Workflows, and Procurement & Supply Chain Visibility.

Key Responsibilities

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Drive new business acquisition from initial discovery through technical presentation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
  
• Cultivate C-suite relationships across EPC contractors, project sponsors, delivery firms, and government ministries.
  
• Lead high-value pitch presentations and solution workshops that clearly articulate software ROI.
  
• Architect strategic proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial frameworks, and strategic partner alliances.
  
• Represent the organization at regional industry events, technology roundtables, and trade summits.
  

3. Client Experience & Strategic Account Management

• Act as the primary executive sponsor for key regional accounts, ensuring top-tier client engagement and retention.
  
• Gather on-the-ground client feedback to inform product enhancement requirements for global Product and R&D teams.
  

4. Program Implementation & Delivery Oversight

• Provide country-level governance over platform deployments and advisory services on active client sites.
  
• Partner with internal technical delivery teams and client stakeholders to hit milestone, budget, quality, and safety goals.
  
• Leverage field experience to ensure digital workflows reflect real-world site realities.
  
• Advocate for project management best practices, digital project controls, and Lean construction methodologies.
  

5. Government Relations & Strategic Initiatives

• Build high-trust relationships with Omani government ministries, public infrastructure bodies, and industry regulators.
  
• Identify and capture public sector innovation initiatives, grant programs, and public-private partnership (PPP) opportunities.
  
• Align regional strategy with local digital transformation goals and infrastructure master plans.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Industrial, or related discipline).
  
• Experience:15+ years of progressive professional experience spanning EPC, Engineering, Construction, or Large-Scale Industrial Program Management.
  
• Domain Knowledge:Proven background in Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering Management, or Construction Management within complex capital projects.
  
• Business Development:Demonstrated track record in Solution Selling, Technical Pre-Sales, Management Consulting, C-level stakeholder management, and commercial negotiations.
  
• Regional & Industry Fit:Prior experience engaging with government authorities, state-owned enterprises, or regional industry bodies in Oman or the broader GCC region. Direct hands-on site/field experience is required.
  
• Digital Transformation:Proven experience driving digital transformation, software/SaaS adoption, or technology implementations in the AEC/EPC sector.
  
• Certifications (Preferred):PMP/PRINCE2, SCRUM/Agile, LEAN, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt). Alignment with BIM/VDC frameworks.
