Job summary

DevFixr is recruiting a dynamic Country Manager to lead Oman’s growth in Enterprise SaaS and Digital Transformation for energy and infrastructure. You will head the Implementation Centre, engaging EPC contractors, government bodies, and asset owners to deploy platforms and drive adoption.

You will blend EPC delivery experience with business development to build alliances, define revenue plans, and execute across six pillars: On-Site Execution, Technology & AI Infusion, Capability Building,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive professional experience spanning EPC, Engineering, Construction, or Large-Scale Industrial Program Management.
• Experience in Solution Selling, Technical Pre-Sales, Management Consulting, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven background in Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering Management, or Construction Management within complex capital projects.
• Regional exposure with government authorities, state-owned enterprises, or GCC region is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the end-to-end country growth strategy across target sectors (Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Industrial, Public Works).
• Position the company as the premier digital execution partner within the local EPC and construction ecosystem.
• Establish country-level revenue benchmarks, expansion roadmaps, and opportunity pipelines with global executive leadership.
• Monitor regional market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to refine strategic positioning.
• Drive new business acquisition from discovery through negotiations and deal closure, including high-value pitches and solution workshops.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key regional accounts, ensuring top-tier client engagement and retention.
• Provide governance over platform deployments and advisory services on active client sites, aligning with milestones and budgets.
• Build high-trust relationships with Oman government ministries and regulators, aligning strategy with national digital goals.
