Job summary

Yokogawa seeks a Lead Solutions Engineer in Muscat to drive sales growth within Oman and the GCC. You will own the order intake targets, build a robust pipeline, and engage C-level executives to present the financial and operational value of advanced automation solutions.

You will coordinate solution architectures (RTO, APC, Energy Management, IoT, MES) and work with global teams to craft compelling proposals and POCs, traveling as needed in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• An MBA is a strong plus and enhances cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Order Intake Target and business growth targets for the assigned Industry portfolio in Oman and GCC Region.
• Proactively identify market opportunities, participate in industry events, and conduct discovery workshops to generate a robust sales pipeline.
• Meet with c-level executives and operational heads to understand critical business challenges and articulate the value proposition of Yokogawa solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to design and architect advanced solutions (RTO, APC, Energy Management, MES, IoT, etc.) addressing client needs with high ROI.
• Collaborate with Centre of Excellence, HQ and Account Management to support proposals, RFP responses and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Drive strategy to close deals through effective technical proposals and demonstrations.
