Eslbar, Inc. is seeking a Rig Superintendent to provide high-level operational command and technical leadership for rig engineering initiatives.

The role carries on-site accountability for drilling efficiency, asset safety, and strict regulatory compliance. You will oversee drilling engineering programs, enforce technical standards, and supervise well control readiness, ensuring readiness to lead emergency response while maintaining alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BS Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• Ten (10) years of direct experience in drilling engineering and operations.
• Current, valid Blowout Prevention (BOP) and well control certification.
• Valid Saudi driving license or Saudi Arabia‑acceptable international license to drive SAUDI ARAMCO vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rig Operations: Direct and manage on-site drilling engineering programs and rig workflows to meet performance targets.
• Enforce Technical Standards: Ensure operations align with petroleum engineering principles and design parameters.

• Enforce Technical Standards:Ensure all well operations strictly align with standard petroleum engineering principles and design parameters.
• Maintain Well Control Readiness:Supervise well monitoring activities and stand prepared to lead emergency well control protocols in compliance with current certifications.
• Coordinate Site Transport:Manage safe vehicle transport and logistics across field areas utilizing authorized driving clearances.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Education:Must hold a BS Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• Experience:A minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience in drilling engineering and operations.
• Certifications:Must maintain a current, valid certificate in Blowout Prevention (BOP) and well control.
• Mobility:Must possess a valid Saudi driving license or a Saudi Arab Government acceptable international license to drive SAUDI ARAMCO vehicles.
