• Design Training Manuals:Formulate, write, and update specialized training manuals, operational curriculums, and instructional guides.
• Evaluate Program Outcomes:Assess, audit, and analyze the effectiveness of active workforce education and training programs.
• Integrate Field Terminology:Infuse practical Drilling & Workover operational frameworks into the academic design of training materials.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor Degree or such equivalent acceptable to SAUDI ARAMCO.
• Experience:Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience in training or education.
• Technical Baseline:Must possess a strong, documented background in Drilling & Workover operations, with experience in developing training manuals and curriculum.
• Language:Excellent command of both oral and written English.
