Are you a driven and detail-oriented Senior Accountant looking to take your career to the next level in a supportive and reputable firm? My client is seeking a confident professional to join their collaborative and high-performing team, located in the heart of the CBD.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll work closely with Partners and clients across a broad portfolio, providing high-level compliance and advisory services. Whether it’s mentoring juniors, leading client relationships, or managing complex files, your expertise will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end compliance for a range of clients
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide training/mentorship
• Deliver value-add advisory services, including tax planning and business advisory
• Maintain strong client relationships and assist with onboarding new clients

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 4 years of experience within BAS in a New Zealand public practice environment
• Your CA qualification or equivalent, or working towards
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proven experience reviewing work (internally or outsourced)
