About the role

Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day.

Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW & BTW)

  • Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis
  • Knowledge of vocational services pathways

Community Rehab Services

  • Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals
  • Knowledge of community services pathways

What you’ll do

  • Use your clinical expertise to support clients inhomes, workplaces, and communities —no two days are the same
  • Deliver care that aligns with ourstrong internal focus on excellence and outcomes

What you’ll bring
