A leading bank in New Zealand is seeking a Prospect Generation Lead to spearhead their branch banking initiatives. In this role, you'll develop strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of sales opportunities while supervising a dedicated team. The position requires extensive knowledge in banking and excellent communication skills, making it a pivotal part of the bank's outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in banking, preferably in branch/retail banking.
- Has a hunter mentality and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

- Develop and execute strategies for a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Supervise and guide a team generating high-quality leads.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a business or related field
- With at least 5 years experience in the banking industry, preferably in areas of branch banking/retail banking.
- Good product and operational knowledge in banking
- Has a hunter mentality and with willingness to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams.
