An interiors contractor known for maintaining high service standards and strong internal values is seeking to hire a site manager. Operating within a busy interiors market, they secure significant commercial projects and maintain key client relationships. Their success is rooted in a solution-based approach that promotes win/win outcomes, fostering an easy-going workplace culture with impressive staff retention.

Due to upcoming projects, they are now looking to recruit a capable site manager to oversee a project. The main duties include:

  1. Managing all site activities from start to completion
  2. Instructing and managing sub-contractors and suppliers
  3. Developing client relationships
  4. Maintaining the project schedule
  5. Implementing occupational health and safety requirements
  6. Reporting to Directors

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A trade background with 8-10+ years of local interiors site management experience
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Problem-solving skills with a flexible approach
  • Strong communication skills to manage sub-contractors, clients, and consultants, including handling strong personalities
  • Solid knowledge and experience in H&S

Salary range: $120K - $130K + vehicle, depending on experience.
