Hospitality Starts Here – Build Your Future with Cairn Group
Are you ready to grow your career in hospitality? At Cairn Group, we believe work should be rewarding, exciting, and full of opportunities to learn and develop. Whether you're creating unforgettable guest experiences or supporting your team, you'll be part of a friendly, supportive environment where your contributions are valued. With the opportunity to learn, develop, and be recognised, Cairn Group is a place where you can build a career, you’re proud of.
About the Role:
As Maintenance Operative at Cairn Group, you’ll be a key part of the team that keeps our venue looking sharp, operating smoothly, and feeling safe and welcoming for every guest.
From quick fixes and preventative tasks to general decorating and small repairs, your work will help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Whether working solo or with the wider maintenance team, you’ll take pride in being hands-on—anticipating and resolving issues before they become problems, and keeping things running like clockwork.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One day might be focused on indoor maintenance and decorating, the next on small-scale plumbing, electrics, or external grounds work.
