Mitre 10 MEGA Te Rapa invites a pro-active Zone Leader to join our Hardware team. Based at Te Rapa, you’ll steer daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service and drive in-store sales while ensuring the seamless running of your portfolio.

About the Role

We are looking for a pro-active Team Leader to join ourbusiness in the Hardware team at Mitre 10 MEGA Te Rapa.Our ideal candidate will have a strong retail or operations background andpreferably some exposure or knowledge in the products we sell or big boxretail. You would also have previous leadership experience and a commitment toproviding quality service and product to our customers.

The focus of this role is to ensure the delivery ofexceptional customer service to our Retail customers, driving sales and theseamless running of your portfolio. You will support and motivate yourteam to be the best they can be every day, to deliver in full and on time andto achieve the results that are critical to our success. You will also have astrong focus on Health & Safety.

This role reports to our Retail Manager - Building Products and is part of thestore leadership team. Rostered hours will be 42.5 per week, worked from Tuesday to Saturday.
