Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale currently seeks a knowledgeable Power Tools and Hardware Specialist for a full-time role. You will advise customers on tools and accessories, compare brands and guide the right solution for the job.

Based in our Power Tools and Hardware department, you’ll work on the shop floor with customers, maintain standards and stock, and support teammates to deliver exceptional service every day.

Qualifications

• Experience with power tools, hardware products or related trade items.
• Ability to explain product differences and recommend solutions based on customer needs and budget.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Power Tool & Hardware Specialist | Full Time | Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale

We're looking for aknowledgeable and customer-focused specialist to join our Power Tools andHardware team. This is more than a standard retail role. You'll be one of thedepartment's go-to experts, helping customers compare products, understandtheir options and choose the right solution for the job.

Whether it's helpinga customer decide between brands, recommending the right accessories or sharingpractical advice on tool applications, you'll combine specialist productknowledge with great customer service to help customers make the right choice.

Your Day-to-Day

Based in our PowerTools and Hardware department, you'll work closely with customers, support yourteammates and help drive a well-presented, high-performing department.

This is a hands-onretail role that combines customer service, specialist product knowledge,merchandising and stock handling. You'll spend your day on the shop floorhelping customers, maintaining standards and ensuring the department is fullystocked, organised and ready for trade.

This is a full-timeposition working across a roster that includes weekends and may include someearly starts and late finishes.
