As a global leader in aviation services, Swissport provides Ground Handling, Cargo Handling, and Passenger Services to over 300 million passengers annually. Our mission is simple – “To provide the aviation industry with consistent and tailor-made solutions around the globe, for a better customer experience.”

Job Summary

Join the fast-paced world of airport operations as a Workforce Coordinator within our Operations team. You’ll manage manpower planning, communicate with airline partners and airport stakeholders, and support internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. You'll be the go-to for coordinating daily flight service data, responding to shifting priorities, and ensuring staffing levels meet both operational and financial targets.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment — someone who is organised, solutions-focused, and confident making fast, data-driven decisions.
