Job summary

KPMG New Zealand is seeking an experienced Workday Finance Lead at Senior Manager or Associate Director level to drive complex finance transformations. You will lead the end-to-end Workday Finance stream, translate business objectives into scalable designs and run executive workshops with clients across Aotearoa New Zealand.

You will oversee module leads, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and shape the future-state finance vision within an integrated technology solution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an end-to-end Workday Finance stream with module leads.
• Strong finance transformation delivery and operating-model design skills.
• Proven client-facing leadership and executive workshop experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Workday Finance stream and set direction for the integrated Financial Management solution.
• Translate business objectives into scalable Workday designs and run executive workshops.
• Coordinate functional, data, integration, security, testing and deployment activities.
• Build capability through coaching, recruitment and reusable assets.
