Job summary

KPMG New Zealand is seeking a Manager to lead the design and delivery of Workday Financial Management modules within complex transformations. This client-facing role combines broad finance knowledge with deep Workday expertise, owning module outcomes and guiding delivery teams across Aotearoa.

You will collaborate with clients across New Zealand, contribute to the growth of the Workday practice, and pull through reusable assets.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Financial Management implementations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday designs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Workday Financial Management modules or workstreams.
• Own functional outcomes across core accounting, data model, reporting, and controls.
• Facilitate workshops and provide delivery oversight to governance forums.
• Support proposals, estimates and client conversations; build reusable assets.
