KPMG New Zealand is growing its Workday Practice and seeks an experienced Manager to lead the design and delivery of Workday Financial Management modules within complex finance transformations. This client-facing role combines broad functional knowledge with deep finance expertise, guiding delivery teams and shaping integrated solutions across clients in Aotearoa New Zealand.

You will help drive market offerings, build capability, and contribute to the continued growth of KPMG’s Workday

Competenze

• Workday Financial Management implementation experience and deep expertise in one or more finance modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and the Workday Foundation Data Model.
• Experience leading modules through the full implementation lifecycle and designing controlled, future-ready solutions.
• Confidence facilitating workshops with senior finance stakeholders and presenting recommendations.
• Grasp of cross-functional dependencies across processes, security, reporting and data integrations.
• Relevant Workday Financial Management certifications are preferred; equivalent hands-on consulting experience valued.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of one or more Workday Financial Management modules or functional workstreams.
• Own functional outcomes across core accounting, data model, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, expenses, banking, assets, projects, reporting, consolidation or close.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday designs and ensure integration across processes and controls.
• Facilitate design workshops, drive decisions, identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead and coach consultants, ensure quality, and manage delivery oversight and client relationships.
• Support proposals, estimates and client conversations while contributing reusable assets and thought leadership.
