Job summary

KPMG New Zealand is seeking an experienced Workday Finance Lead at Senior Manager or Associate Director level to lead complex, business-led finance transformations across Aotearoa New Zealand. You will shape the future-state finance vision, manage multidisciplinary teams, and connect process design with an integrated Workday solution.

You will drive client engagements in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for regional impact and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an end-to-end Workday Finance stream with cross-functional leads.
• Deep expertise in Workday Financial Management areas and scalable design.
• Strong client and delivery leadership with executive workshop experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Workday Finance stream, with module leads reporting directly to you.
• Translate business objectives into scalable Workday designs and lead executive workshops.
• Coordinate dependencies across functional, data, integration, security, testing, and deployment.
• Build KPMG’s Workday Finance capability through team leadership and asset development.
