Job summary

KPMG New Zealand is growing its Workday Practice and is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the design and delivery of Workday Financial Management modules for complex finance transformations. This client-facing role combines broad functional knowledge with deep finance expertise and requires leading delivery teams within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Financial Management implementations and a breadth across end-to-end finance processes.
• Ability to lead modules or workstreams through full implementation lifecycle and design scalable solutions.
• Strong engagement with senior finance stakeholders and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of one or more Workday Financial Management modules or workstreams.
• Own outcomes across core accounting, data model, and financial processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable Workday designs and ensure integration across processes and controls.
• Facilitate design workshops, drive decisions, identify risks and mitigations.
• Coach consultants, provide QA and delivery oversight, build client relationships.
• Support proposals, estimates, and client conversations, contributing reusable assets.
