Job summary

Randstad New Zealand is seeking two Level 2 Support Engineers for a 6-month on-site contract in Bay of Plenty. You will be the primary escalation point for floorwalkers, supporting Windows 11 post-migration and guiding staff through the new environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in IT desktop support, strong Windows 10/11, Intune, M365, and Azure skills, plus solid communication abilities and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in IT desktop support or system administration.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience with Intune, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Based in New Zealand with ability to commute to Tauranga on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site end-user support for Windows 11 migration.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, login, and M365 issues.
• Triage and escalate to Tech Lead as needed.
• Manage enterprise tools like Intune and PowerShell to push updates.
