Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Migration Technical Lead (Windows) to guide a major desktop modernisation from on-prem AD to Intune-native Windows 11. You will provide hands-on technical direction within a deployment squad on a large modernisation programme.

The role offers hybrid work with 2-3 days remote and immediate impact across enterprise-scale Windows migrations and policy automation using PowerShell and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Migration Expertise: Proven background leading Windows 10 to Windows 11 enterprise rollouts.
• Domain Transition: Direct experience shifting endpoints from on-prem AD to native Microsoft Intune.
• Core Tech Stack: Expert PowerShell scripting, Intune configuration, and Entra ID.
• Problem Solving: Strong technical troubleshooting skills in complex environment structures.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Drive the transition of an enterprise Windows estate from legacy domain management to native Intune. Provide hands-on technical guidance across a major modernisation programme. Long-term contract with hybrid flexibility (2-3 days WFH).

About the Role

Provide technical direction within a deployment squad on a major Clinical Desktop Modernisation programme. You will help guide the transition of an enterprise desktop environment from legacy on-prem domain management to Intune-native Windows 11.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance across deployment squads to resolve migration bottlenecks.
• Modernise enterprise endpoints from on-prem Active Directory to native Intune.
• Automate deployment policies and security configurations using PowerShell and Entra ID.
