Job summary

Randstad New Zealand is seeking a Migration Technical Lead (Windows) to drive the transition of an enterprise Windows estate to native Intune. You will guide a major modernisation programme with hands-on technical leadership and a long-term contract offering hybrid flexibility (2-3 days WFH).

Role focuses on enabling Windows 11 deployment, Intune modernization, and AD-to-Intune transitions while delivering practical guidance and engineering excellence across deployment squads.

Qualifications

• MigrationExpertise: Proven background leading Windows 10 to Windows 11 enterprise rollouts.
• DomainTransition: Direct experience shifting endpoints from on-prem AD to native Microsoft Intune.
• CoreTech: Proficient in PowerShell scripting, Intune configuration, and Entra ID.
• ProblemSolving: Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance across deployment squads to resolve migration bottlenecks.
• Modernise enterprise endpoints from on-prem AD to native Intune.
• Automate deployment policies and security configurations using PowerShell and Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot complex engineering dependencies and legacy application compatibility.
