Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Migration Technical Lead (Windows) to guide a major desktop modernisation from on-prem AD to Intune-native Windows 11. You will provide hands-on technical direction within a deployment squad on a large modernisation programme.

The role offers hybrid work with 2-3 days remote and immediate impact across enterprise-scale Windows migrations and policy automation using PowerShell and Entra ID.

Qualifications

Migration Expertise: Proven background leading Windows 10 to Windows 11 enterprise rollouts.
Domain Transition: Direct experience shifting endpoints from on-prem AD to native Microsoft Intune.
Core Tech Stack: Expert PowerShell scripting, Intune configuration, and Entra ID.
Problem Solving: Strong technical troubleshooting skills in complex environment structures.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance across deployment squads to resolve migration bottlenecks.
Modernise enterprise endpoints from on-prem Active Directory to native Intune.
Automate deployment policies and security configurations using PowerShell and Entra ID.
Troubleshoot complex engineering dependencies and legacy application compatibility.
