ARA Hardware, a division of the ARA Group, in Wellington is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to keep commercial projects moving. You will manage timelines, coordinate resources, and work closely with customers and installers to deliver on time, on plan and within budget.

The role requires proven experience coordinating commercial projects in the construction or building industry, strong documentation skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating commercial projects within construction or building industry.
• Strong coordination skills with timelines, documentation and prioritization.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with project management tools.
• Detail-oriented with effective communication and practical, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor and report on commercial projects to ensure delivery timeframes are met.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors and installers to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines and costs, identifying solutions to keep projects moving.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, including expectations, queries and project updates.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project, audit and compliance records.
