Ara Poutama Aotearoa (Department of Corrections) in Wellington is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major prison infrastructure programme. You will maintain plans, schedules and registers, prepare minutes and reports, and assist with risk tracking and status reporting.

You'll work with the Programme Manager, external advisers and the Asset Management Portfolio Management Office to keep documentation on track and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or providing project administration.
• A valid NZ driver's licence is required.
• Terriffic organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• PRINCE2 Foundation or related qualification is useful.

Responsabilités

• Support the Programme Manager to keep the project running smoothly.
• Maintain workplans, schedules, timelines and registers; prepare minutes and reports.
• Assist with project status reporting and risk tracking; flag issues early.
• Organise project files and ensure documents meet standards.
