RWR Construction is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction in Wellington. You will own the construction programme, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and work closely with the site and commercial teams to keep projects moving on time and within budget.

You will lead client discussions, provide clear progress updates, and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld throughout delivery, from planning through to handover and closeout.

Formación

• Experience in managing commercial construction projects and understanding buildability.
• Ability to read cost reports and collaborate with QS on project finances.
• Proven track record of leading site teams and coordinating with clients and consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Own the construction programme from handover to delivery.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and materials to meet milestones.
• Monitor project costs and provide financial reporting with the QS.
• Lead client and consultant meetings and ensure decisions and actions are followed.
• Uphold quality and safety standards and keep documentation current.
• Manage handover and defects resolution to completion.
