Z, in partnership with Ampol, is seeking a Kaitaki Ihirangi Tukutuku Web Content Manager to lead the online experience across the Z, Caltex and U-GO sites. You will publish, optimise content, monitor performance and drive improvements that enhance customer journeys.

This role blends hands-on CMS work with strategic thinking and stakeholder influence. You’ll work across Marketing, Communications, Technology and partners, shaping governance and ensuring on-brand, accessible, search-friendly

Qualifications

• Experience managing websites and digital content through a CMS.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content optimisation and UX.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs with brand and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the web experience across multiple brands.
• Lead website governance, content standards and QA.
• Collaborate with marketing, tech and agency teams to prioritise initiatives.
