Job summary

Z is seeking a Kaitaki Ihirangi Tukutuku Web Content Manager to shape and manage the online experience across Z, Caltex and U-GO sites. You’ll own content publishing, governance and continuous improvement using data and customer insight to drive better outcomes.

Hybrid role in Auckland or Wellington; you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Tech and agencies, balancing customer needs, brand standards and commercial priorities while ensuring accessibility and discoverability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing websites and digital content through a content management system.
• Strong understanding of website operations, governance and delivery.
• Experience using GA4 or similar tools to generate insights.
• Strong SEO, GEO, content optimisation and digital CX best practices.
• Proven stakeholder management across business, tech and agencies.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the web experience across Z, Caltex and U-GO sites.
• Lead website governance, content standards and quality assurance.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Technology and agency teams to prioritise initiatives.
• Use website analytics and performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Publish and optimise content, imagery, video and digital assets, on-brand and SEO-friendly.
• Translate technical information into clear recommendations and influence decisions.
