Job summary

Bank of New Zealand is seeking a UX Content Designer to research, design and implement customer-centric content for our digital channels, with a focus on the website. You will help shape clear pathways to information and create seamless content experiences in collaboration with UX Designers, Researchers and Product teams.

You will champion user research, accessibility and content standards while contributing to our content guidelines and design system in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strategic, end-to-end content thinking from screen to system level.
• Clear, concise micro-copy for digital channels.
• Strong understanding of UX content principles and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management.

Responsibilities

• Work with UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers and developers to craft accessible digital experiences.
• Attend project planning and discovery workshops with stakeholders and the broader team.
• Contribute to content guidelines, processes and design system.
• Translate insights from user research and analytics into content solutions.
• Edit and collaborate on content with team members.
