Job summary

BNZ in Auckland is hiring a UX Content Designer for a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid role at BNZ Place, 80 Queen Street. You’ll research, design and implement customer‑centred content for our digital channels, with a focus on the website.

Collaborate with UX designers, researchers and product managers to craft clear micro‑copy, champion accessibility, and translate user insights into content decisions while helping shape content guidelines and the design system.

Qualifications

• Experience designing website content and digital flows.
• Ability to translate user insights into content decisions.
• Proven ability to craft clear, concise micro-copy for digital channels.
• Strong collaboration with UX designers, researchers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Research, design and implement customer-centred content for digital channels.
