This role exists to improve installation quality, reduce warranty-relatedissuesand strengthen relationships with installers across the Auckland region.You'llprovide a combination of technical field support and hands-on training, helping customers and installers achieve the best outcomes from our products.
Working closely with Product Management, Technical teams, Sales, Customer Service and Product Development,you'lluse your field experience and problem-solving skills toidentifyroot causes, provide practicalsolutionsand share valuable feedback that supports continuous improvement.
Success in this role comes from building credibility with installers, resolving technical issuesefficientlyand helping elevate installation standards across the market.
You'llplayan important rolein supporting product performance, installercapabilityand customer satisfaction by:
Conducting on-site warranty assessments and replacement activities across the Auckland region.
Investigating product performance concerns todetermineinstallation,environmentalor product-related causes.
Delivering practical training sessions,demonstrationsand technical guidance to installers.
Providing expert support to customers and internal teams on installation techniques,adjustmentsand troubleshooting.
Identifyingtrends in warranty claims and escalating recurring issues to support corrective action.
Contributing toproduct development and improvement initiativesbyreporting practical field insights.
Supporting the creation and enhancement of installation guides, trainingmaterialsand technical resources.
Maintaining accurate training,warrantyand field service records to support reporting and continuous improvement.

To be successful,you'llbring:
Experience in a technical, trade, hardware, construction,joineryor related environment.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills in real-world installation or product environments.
Experience investigating and diagnosing technical or installation-related issues.
Confidence delivering training, demonstrations, toolbox talks or technical guidance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Experience building relationships with customers, installers,tradespeopleor technical stakeholders.
Good record-keeping and reporting skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach and commitment to quality,safetyand customer service.
