Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. Wanaka resort is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead daily operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services at one of New Zealand's most spectacular destinations.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and KPIs, develop a high-performing team and partner with regional and corporate teams to implement improvements while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hotel or resort operations.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on, practical leadership style with guest-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily resort operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
• Drive guest satisfaction and consistently exceptional owner/guest experiences.
• Manage budgets, financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Build and develop a high-performing team and partner with regional/corporate teams for initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with NZ health, safety standards and company policies.
